Drone owners can enjoy peace of mind with DJI Care Refresh, a plan that covers damage to your Air 2S and offers convenient technical support. This plan is valid for two years and provides you with a total of three replacements, which also include up to two uses of Flyaway Coverage. Each replacement incurs a small fee, with your first standard replacement costing $119, the second $139, and the third $149. If you decide to use up one of your three replacements for Flyaway Coverage, the fee is $499.

Standard replacements provide full, hassle-free coverage that includes damage due to accidents, such as water damage, collisions, and more. Flyaway Coverage should be used in situations where the aircraft has gone completely missing, such as a signal loss sending it flying out to sea. Replacement units from DJI are brand new or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.

How It Works
When you need to use DJI Care Refresh, you make an online repair request and then send your damaged Air 2S back to DJI. DJI receives it, does a damage assessment, and gives you a quotation. You can choose repair or replacement and make a payment. DJI will then send back your repaired drone or replacement.

Extended Warranty
The drone's warranty period is extended by one year without interruption (the extended warranty period is based on the purchase date of DJI Care Refresh and the warranty of the Air 2S).
