The Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II is a professional-grade standard zoom lens engineered for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. This versatile focal range covers wide-angle to telephoto perspectives, making it ideal for portraits, events, landscapes, and general photography. Key features include a constant f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range, enabling consistent low-light performance and shallow depth-of-field control. Advanced optical design with XA (extreme aspherical) elements minimizes distortion and chromatic aberration. The lens incorporates Sony's Nano AR coating to reduce flare and ghosting for cleaner images. Built for durability, it features a weather-sealed design with fluorine coating on the front element to repel dust and moisture. Fast and accurate autofocus is powered by dual XD linear motors, while the focus ring allows manual focus override at any time. The GM II designation represents the second generation of Sony's premium G Master line, delivering enhanced optical performance and refined handling. Whether you're a professional photographer or serious enthusiast, this lens delivers exceptional image quality and reliability across diverse shooting scenarios.
